That picture of the Thames

Can't find the thread, but a couple of weeks ago someone mentioned a new piece of artwork depicting The Thames and landmarks of London including The Valley.
As I stopped at a pedestrian crossing on Chiswick High Road today, a chap walked past with said picture on s big canvas under his arm
