    Good luck to Callum these last two games, hopefully he can build from this and comes back stronger next season.

    Him and sordell all of a sudden seemed to develop an understanding, shame it come so late in the season!

    It is to Riga's credit that in 2 months he managed to get Poyet,Harriott and Sordell performing to a level where they could fill the gap left by Stephens,Stewart and Kermorgant leaving. But we should not forget it was a close run thing and the decision to create those gaps was a big mistake.

    Was it such a big mistake? If Stephens had stayed, then I wonder if Poyet would have played so much?

    Strangely, if anything, the team has performed a bit better since the departure of those players (and they are all decent players).

    But he needs to now show consistency he needs to be able to swap wings and deliver and he needs to continue finishing like he did

    Me I reckon Riga and his coaching style the mental side of the game that he is very forthright and leading in thinking is one of the reasons Calum has achieved since those games

    I won't forgive sheff u just yet

    Maybe he's better suited to a front 3 role or as the second striker. The boy can finish.

    My bad then, well done to him in that case for a general improvement at an important stage of the season

    I've seen Harriott being compared with Lloyd Sam on here previously.

    In his two last matches Harriott has come close to scoring as many goals as Sam managed in his entire Charlton career. That's before we even consider his superior pace, physicality and workrate.

    I'm not saying Sam was all bad - he was tricky and got his share of assists - but Harriott makes more of an all round contribution and has the potential to get even better in my view.
