Was in Glasgow Sunday and Monday with work. Stayed in the Hilton Grosvenor Hotel. Got in the lift with a fella (as you do!) and I noticed his 'southern' accent when we exchanged pleasantries. "Where you from mate", I said. "South London" was his reply. Obviously the next question was "where abouts?" "A place called "Plumstead" said he! Of course, we swiftly moved on from there to the point of him revealing his CAFC tattoo on his forearm! It's a small world!
In Doncaster tonight, staying near the Keepmoat at Lakeside. Shame they went down, looks a decent away trip and stay over.
