Ebbsfleet United don't do things by half measures, do they? Bringing supporters in by bus is one thing, providing housing for them is on another level entirely!
They say, you get put in commuting distance, and reference crossrail and HS1 - great. They conveiently forget that for an adult, without tube travel, a season ticket on the high speed is over 4k - which rises every year...
The area couldn't cope with that many more houses. Roads are at saturation point already. When will the planners realise that Kent is already too crowded?

Let's just say, certain people are potentially going to do very well out of this growth region.
Though clubwise, it will mainly be Ebbsfleet that will see the benefit. I'm sure i'll be laughed at again :-)
Sorry to hard to resist.
Coming soon, to a field near you - 150,000 houses !
Also Ebbsfleet hasn't really happened as a development, be interesting to see if the extra public money makes a difference
