So is anyone else joining @forzajuve_27‌ and I in the land of rolling beaches, caipirinhas and the infamous thong bikini over the next month?

    No but my best mate flew out yesterday. A new job meant I was unable to go. Having done all the away qualifiers this campaign to say I'm gutted is an understatement.

    Yep, I'll be in Sao Paolo for the second two weeks (day before the start of the knockout rounds through to the final).

    Something like that...!

    My wife is from there, so accommodation is being covered courtesy of the mother-in-law.

    Was initially planning to go around now, but then thought that the chance to be in the country for the later rounds was possibly the better option - although it definitely won't be if both England and Brazil get dumped out in the group stage!

    He stopped a big lad walking past, with his surf board & asked him his nationality, which was German.

    Wrighty then said - "who'd have thought England and Germany on the beach together?"
