Charlton links at the WC

Just realised that both games so far have had players involved with previous at Charlton.

Ivica Olic last night played a trial game at Welling a few years back

Alex Song today for Cameroon now.

Be interesting to see how many WC games have links.

Anyone think of other ex players who are at the World Cup?

    After the pre season match, NWKA contacted the Club re sponsoring his home shirt for the upcoming season.

    It's tenuous I know, but Mrs Stig has drawn Benzema as one of her players in a WC Goalscorers competition. She carries her Charlton Red Card everywhere she goes.
