Wozniacki in US Open Final

Now, i dont follow Tennis, especially Womens Tennis, but couldnt get over how she speaks English with a Mcillroy Northern Irish accent. Wonder why that is ?!
It was very Jan Molbyish, if you know what i mean.
Is it something about Danes that assimilate accents very quickly ?

AIiadiere at Arsenal's weird cockney/French accent used to be a good one.

Not in my experience (and I live in Denmark). If they speak with a strong regional dialect (i.e. Northern Irish) they have either spent a considerable amount of time there or it is slightly put on. Don't get me wrong most Danes speak superb English but in Wozniacki's case I think it might be the latter.

Still hope she wins tonight though.

I know where you're coming from. I know a couple of belgians, one speaks with a Yorkshire accent and he other a proper high pitched west coast irish accent. The irish one because she had an irish boyfriend for a few years and the other because of a yorkie grandfather who stayed on after the war

I see your French accent by Joey Barton and raise you a Dutch accent by Steve McClaren

    Solskjaer's Norwegian/Mancunian is a good one.
