It seems as though Spurs will be 'homeless' for a year and are in desperate need of a groundshare arrangement. I feel sorry for Spurs fans having to possibly travel all the way to Milton Keynes to watch their team every other Saturday though. I wondered, as a team that has had to groundshare before, should we offer them a season at the Valley? Our pitch is good. It won't be too far for them to travel and as part of the deal, we could possibly 'loan' a couple of their players, or ask for 'donation' towards the club etc. I don't think it would bother me too much, and feel that we could use it to our advantage. I think it's a good location for spurs if it's only a year - better than the proposed move to Stadium MK. Just wondered if anyone else had any thoughts on us offering the Valley to them for a season?

But, as I am a Charlton fan, I don't want to see a rival Premiership team playing at the Valley next season.
I quite like it as a money spinner.
I'd rather we didn't have them but that's personal reasons, for the income it would pump into our club it would be hard to turn down.
Tottenham to Charlton by train: 1 hr 16 minutes
Tottenham to Milton Keynes by car: 1 hr 24 minutes
Tottenham to Charlton by car: 1 hr 14 minutes
Stadium MK capacity: 30,500
The Valley capacity: 27,111
I really don't see why the Valley would be more beneficial to them than Stadium:MK. It'd be interesting to find out where their season tickets holders live, although I can't find any information like that, but I think they would have much bigger pockets of support in counties such as Hertfordshire as opposed to anywhere south of the River.
