He's got a point - well, maybe.

Either football club owners are bad judges of managers or managers soon go off the boil. Otherwise, why would a manager's tenure usually be so short.

Is it just a lottery? Is he saying you might as well choose on any random criterion?

He was not too successful with Sturm Graz. Quite mediocre. Never on top of the Austrian League or the Cup. I think Leeds overestimate him a bit.

L***s do have a tendency to overestimate most things. Especially their standing in English football.
