Everybody who attended the Back To The Valley Dinner in December 2013, agreed that it was a brilliant evening. The end of season Player Of The Year event rightly focuses on the current season and the present day players whereas the BTTVD concentrated on memories from the past and there were numerous old players on hand to reminisce with us.
This season's Back To The Valley Dinner has been scheduled for Sunday 7th December and promises to be another great evening .It will be a celebration of 25 years of Valley Gold and the guests will all have come through the Charlton youth academy which receives such important funding from Valley Gold. The players who are confirmed for the evening already include Billy Bonds, Lawrie Wilson, Mickey Bennett ,Brian Kinsey, Carl Leaburn and Joe Gomez with lots more to come. There will be a Q & A session hosted in his own inimitable style by Jim Davidson and tickets are on sale via the club at £45 each. Last year the dinner was close to being a sell out and with the club and the team now in a much healthier state, interest will surely be greater still. Don't miss out on another great Charlton night.

There is a set menu comprising vegetable soup, a traditional roast and a dessert. Vegetarian options will of course be available.0
