Help please: Have you ever used Black Circles for tyres/ servicing?

I've got a meeting with the MD soon, so would be very interested in hearing your opinion of them if you have any experience of them.

Could you take a couple of mins to answer these few Q's:

- How did you first hear about them?
- When and where did you use them?
- What for?
- What make of car do you have?

- On a scale of 0-10, how likely would you be to recommend them to friends/ family, (0 not at all likely to 10 extremely likely):

- Why did you give that score?

- What would they need to do to get a 10 (if you didn't give 10)?

- How would you describe them to a friend?

Many thanks in advance!

It's of no consolation but I have been tempted but we always use Event Mobile Tyres as they are yet to let us down

Contemplating using them, but Dunlop make a specific tyre for my car and Black Tyres don't sell them. However, their fitted prices are very competetive.

Their web site is easy to use as well.

One problem I can see though is their mobile fitters don't carry Nitrogen for inflation of the tyres.

Thanks, Soapy - he would say that, wouldn't he! (But don't think he is an Addick...)
    Cheers, Swis and Addickted too.
Now has anyone actually used them?!
  • Have used them twice, once about 5 years ago and again this year.
First time when I was working in Ipswich and again locally in Clacton-on-Sea.
Both times for new tyres for MG TF
Would recommend them and rate them as 8 out of 10 as they were reasonably priced and their fitters provided good and efficient service.
To get a 10 they would need to provide tyres at half their price and collect and return my car with the tyres fully fitted and fully valeted

Haven't used them although have looked at their prices very now and again. And they do look competitive but I'd need to know more about their local partner fitter.
In the past I have always tried to get a geometry check thrown in at a discounted price. This can only be done properly by a firm that has 4-wheel laser alignment kit (and properly trained staff) which rules out mobile fitters except as an emergency.
I use Elite Direct in Rainham, Essex.

Only heard of them on a tyre review website today then came on here and saw this thread.

Going to have a look at their prices for my S-Max.
