Only discovered his music in the last few years . He wrote the Tide Is High which was later covered and made famous by Blondie.

I particularly loved the way he covered mainstream pop / rock songs and gave them a reggae twist .

This is his cover of the Lobo song 'I'd Love You to want Me' which was my favourite of his covers. Well worth checking his back catalogue.
