    Saw this myself yesterday... Found it a really good read, especially at the end with him saying that players still in the game dont care about what he does now.

    Very good insight on a player having to pluck up the courage and admit they're having to retire as well

    Fair play to him for joining the profession. We need all the teachers we can with the amount leaving!

    I still harbour hopes of making this move in reverse.
