Being called Killer, now that's a good 'un. But "the special one"!?!?!?!?!? How the chuffing hell did that make the list? First law of nicknames is that nobody chooses their own nickname. Especially not of you're the sort of self-aggrandising idiot that believes his own publicity about being 'special'. Epic Fail, as the kids might say.
