    Pope 5.5 poor start but pulled off some good saves
    Gomez 6 impressive for his age
    Ben Haim 6.5 Mr Dependable
    Bikey 6 should have done better at our corners
    Fox 3 oh dear, just slaughtered by the RW
    Buyens 5.5 ok defensively but little attacking intent
    Solly 7 vocal Captain and some good attacking moves
    Cousins 5.5 went sideways too much
    Gudmundsson 5 isn't his best position, and pulled out of tackles and headers
    Harriott 4 was he on the pitch
    Vetokele 6 tried very hard but no service, felt sorry for him
    Wilson 6 combined well with Gomez
    Pigott 5.5 very Leaburnesque but should shoot and not pass when in a good position

    Really difficult to be too negative, but I'll give it a go.

    Pope 4 salvaged some pride with a couple of great saves.
    Gomez 5 doesn't have enough confidence going forward.
    Ben Haim 6 been impressed with him thus far but average today
    Bikey 5.5 his timing was off today
    Fox 4 left his specs at home. Woeful passing
    Buyens 6 one touch too many
    Solly 6 better when moved but opposition knew they only had to get him using his wrong foot
    Cousins 4.5 hesitant, and passing wayward
    Gudmundsson 6.5 did link up play reasonably well
    Harriott 5 ?
    Vetokele 7 (MoM) for effort rather than class
    Wilson 6 you could sense some urgency on his play and he did try to rouse the rest of them
    Pigott 5.5 got into good positions but surely Karlan is better

    Must add that Bulot should have started!!!

    Pope 6.5 that fantastic save in the first half converted a mistake-ridden performance before it into an accomplished one after it
    Gomez 6 strong defensively, poor distribution
    Ben Haim 6 shaky first half, better second
    Bikey 6 as per TBH
    Fox 5.5 no worse defensively than the rest of the back four while on the field, but use of the ball was very poor
    Buyens 6 energetic, but a bit hit and miss
    Solly 7 after an ordinary half hour in midfield, we saw what we were missing, even though hampered a bit by being on the left side
    Cousins 5.5 struggled technically and positionally a bit wayward
    Gudmundsson 7.5 our only really creative player now that Coquelin has gone
    Harriott 5.5 never quite got into the game
    Vetokele 6 looks very much like a striker who needs a big man to play off - he was outmuscled as a target man
    Wilson 6 reasonably solid (or should I say 'alright')
    Pigott 5.5 looks like he might be able to be a decent hold-up player, but not quite there at present

    Pope - 6 Apart from the early nervousness and mistakes, was our best player. Kept the scoreline respectable.
    Gomez -6 First time I've seen him play. Not the weak link in our team at all.
    Ben Haim -6 Mopped up well and put in a few descent challenges. Not as composed as usual though.
    Bikey - 5. Abysmal first half. Looked like he was having a strop. Gestede beat him in the air all day long. Picked up second half.
    Fox - 4. Completely out of his depth. Needs to be pulled out before we destroy him.
    Buyens -5. Absolute tosh first half. Played like he had just got out of bed. Again improved as the game went on.
    Solly -6.5 Much better in defence, despite playing on the left. Looked uncomfortable in midfield.
    Cousins - 5.5. Not his best game although he put in more effort than most.
    Gudmundsson - 7.5 . Easily our best and most talented player. The only player who looked like unlocking Blackburn. Felt sorry for him. Actually like him playing just behind a front two.
    Harriott -6. Not our worst player but pushed off the ball too many times.
    Vetokele -6. Another one who was abysmal in the first half. Don't remember seeing him break into a jog. Completely different second half, strong, skillful with no shortage of effort. Links well with Gudmundsson.
    Wilson - 6. Not overwhelmed like the rest when he came on. Comfortable performance.
    Pigott - 4. As per Fox. Out of his depth. Is playing about 3 leagues above his current ability.
