    Interesting to know people's thoughts on this, has big Bob protected their development by taking them out of firing line or massively dented their confidence? Pope does seems a little fragile mentally but I don't know about Fox

    Yeah bit of both for me.. being dropped will dent their confidence but every player gets dropped at some point in their career! It had to be done for their good and for the good of the team..

    They need to understand that we are pushing for good results and that Bob feels the best team at the moment does not include them. With hard work and improvement in training perhaps they'll find their way back into the side. But Bob did the right thing making a change
