Comes across smug and arrogant. Think I'd rather have Riga back.nth london addick said:Swisdom said:If it's Sherwood I may genuinely perform a dirty protest in the car park. He's clueless.
Swis I am of the same view but can't help but think we need an English manager and I gather Sherwood has been talking.good to some at cafc
What are the bookies saying? They're usually in the know.0 -
I expect it will be Luzon or Fraeye, or some other lower league European coach who won't understand what it takes to succeed in our league.
If he does appoint an English head coach it will be very interesting because:
1. It will indicate that RD is learning from his mistakes
2. it will signify that the new guy will have a bigger say in transfer policy.
Not holding my breath on that one though.2 -
Riga will not happen, and if he is asked I would like to think he would tell Duchatelet to 'do one'!The Red Robin said:I'd like to see what Damien Matthews can do. He is a coach who knows the club and the players. If I was living in a dream world I'd gi after Curbs. We all know it'll be Fraeye or Luzon though which will be a mistake. We need someone with Championship experience. This is not a job for someone who has no experience of this country, especially mid-season. Jose Riga?

Would love Riga, and wouldn't mind Sherwood either.2

I knew Parky would come back someday.2

Sherwood has 0 experience of Championship football and was shown up to be a joke in the Premier League. No thanks.4

Peter Taylor was at the ground yesterday. Mind you that could be for a variety of reasons.2

Lennie Lawrence was at the match yesterday dining with the directors. I wonder if he could get a director of football role?

Could well be John Jackson .. and if it was I think that he would be a great success .. the young players know and respect him and the older heads know enough just to get on with their job, not get too involved with tactics and support their new boss/manager/head coach/ whateverMendonca In Asdas said:Riga or Jackson.
