RD sacked Powell and hired Riga (who he had already sacked from Liege).

RD sacked Riga (despite him keeping us in the Championship) and hired Peeters.

RD sacks Peeters and is now looking at hiring Luzon, who he sacked from Leige for the same reasons he has just sacked Peeters?

Are RD & Katrien Miere really the best people to hire our next 'head coach' ? Have they proved they have the ability to recruit the right person? Is their judgement questionable?

Any Charlton fan who thinks this ridiculous merrygo round will end favourably is an idiot. We will be back here having the same discussion come the summer when Luzon has been sacked following our relegation to League 1....and unfortunately, although the fans deserve better, RD will deserve nothing more.

    Riga got us out of a relegation scrap.
    Peteers has us in 14th place, 10 off the playoffs, 8 above relegation.
    RD reacted to a poor run by Peeters, showing 14th isn't good enough.
    Luzon appointment is conjecture at the moment.
    Need to wait till the end of the season to judge RD and Co.

    Riga wasn't sacked from CAFC at the end of the season. He was employed to the end of the season with the aim of keeping us up. - at which point his contract ended.

    but hey, why let the truth get in the way of a good rant.......

    Splitting straws, he was told to step down by RD so he could slip into the network to be used elsewhere. He wasn't good enough to be coach of Liege, if RD sacked him officially then kept using him in some vicinity he wouldn't look too clever.. In other terms a sacking without the side effects attached.

    Surely if these managers sorry I mean head coaches!
    Are not good enough for standard liege and are sacked what then makes them the idealmen to lead us?
    Rd must think we are stupid if he expects us to believe his bullshit statments about looking for our next manager
    We all know he will be looking no further than to recruit an ex sacked/moved on liege coach
    We need an manager with experience at this level just look at the team's at top and who their coaches/managers are!

    Didn't he resign after there was a riot in response to his teams performance on the pitch ?
