It was D'urso 1st match at Old trafford in Jan of his first season in the Prem, so may of had 20 or so games under his belt by then. The tacit agreement by the refs at that time was only give a pen against utd at home if it's a stonewall.
He struggled on in the prem for another few seasons but the ultimate downfall was giving giving Barry Ferguson 2 yellow cards without showing a red.( which resulted in a 28 day ban)
