Sidcup to Brighton by train.

How do I do this as I'm guessing there's no Brighton train from London Bridge anymore? Thank you.

    Blackfriars cheaper if running
  • Either go to Blackfriars as above, or go to London Bridge as previously, get a train to East Croydon and then change there for a Brighton train.
  • Intrigued about @brogib and his MMM adventures?
  • Where's Michael Portillo when you need him?

    When are you going?

There are trains leaving from London Bridge, if you are planning to go on a weekend then you can purchase a Thameslink Super off peak return from London Bridge to Brighton for £10.

    Hope that helps.
  • Surely in the time it took you to write that post you could have typed the journey into Network Rail and got an instant answer.
  • Went to Cannon Street walked to Blackfriars
  • Sidcup to Brighton by train.

Sounds like one of the Great Railway Journeys of the World.

Can't understand why the Toolbox isn't one of the sights mentioned in Great Railway Journeys of the World.

Bradshaw's mentions it. It recommends that you flush the train toilets at this point, rather than in the station.
