    No joke but surely the U21s should be playing the same style as the Senior team (or more ideally visa versa) that way when the kids come through the transition is a bit easier

    Ideally but that can't happen the way we change manager head coach every 6 months, and they each have their own style of play (better run clubs usually look for a manager with a similar style of play, ideas etc). Look how Peeters didn't rate Morrison (partly because he's not the most comfortable on the ball I imagine) but today we sign Roger Johnson, who calls himself an old fashioned centre back.
