  • If you're going to use a drone, best thing would be a Friday night before a Saturday home game, with it armed with weed killer. Get the pilot to write ROLAND OUT across the pitch.

Pleased to see this idea finally got off the ground, I must admit never considered an away match, if it was considered worthwhile maybe next time a televised away game if suitable.

Very good! I see what you did there  .
2 mins too late old boy. Have a sympathy lol.

If you're going to use a drone, best thing would be a Friday night before a Saturday home game, with it armed with skunky weed . Get the pilot to write ROLAND OUT across the pitch, and get oil sprayed over the pitch, a final flare to light it and a happy happy atmosphere for the whole game (have t seen that much cannabis oil around in recent years, if anyone has a reliable contact, would be good to know.

We considered Swindon away but flights in November very prone to cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. Strong winds, gusting winds, rapid directional changes, low cloud etc etc. Its a single engine light aircraft carting a pretty huge banner - and safety a key concern, obviously. We got lucky with the weather yesterday. Foggy early; low cloud and rain later. Perfect at the time we needed it to be. God hates Roland too
