The first thing I recall about Lawrie was him playing for Stevenage as wing back and the amount of energy he spent getting up & down.
So I wouldn't necessarily put his fitness down to his more recent vegan diet. (Not saying it isn't).

He's been made the main scapegoat for Ebbsfleet's poor season.

To be fair though. he has been shite on the couple of occasions I've seen them!!
