I waited for someone to do this for a moment when I actually had money to buy albums.
If you want something doing, you gotta do it yourself!

Japan - Tin Drum
Ultravox - Rage in Eden
OMD - Architecture and Morality
The Stranglers - Gospel According to the Men In Black

And a thanks to whoever posted Rattus Norvegicus on an earlier thread. I have'nt stopped playing it since!

Too much ecstasy or whatever drugs the kids were taking then :- )
  • Listen, when you get to my age, your brain just starts leaking out of your ears. Who cares, it deserves two threads, and given my mental state, it'll probably get a third one in the close season!

Go and have a lie down, Ken - you know it makes sense!
  • Journeys to Glory - Spandau Ballet
  • Journeys to Glory - Spandau Ballet

Spandau Ballet on at Newmarket Nights, Friday, August, 14th.
Horse racing until abt 8,30/9.00p.m then the band come on.

Had some right good nights at Newmarket!

Human League, "Dare" my album of '81.
  • "Before your very eyes" by the stupendously great guitarist and author, Deke Leonard.

BTW If anyone has written better books on the underside of Rock n Roll, then I'm yet yo read them.
Check out " Rhinos Winos and Lunatics" "Maybe I should have stayed in bed " and "Man on the road to nowhere" for a laugh and an insight.

"All balls and no Willy" by John Otway still sounds great.
