How to upload twitter links

I have always wondered, when some people do a twitter link they get the actual tweet up, how is that done
I always copy tweets but it looks better the other way

    Just take the URL of the tweet and paste it into your post. Same with YouTube, Vine and Instagram.

    I find that if you post tweets, they often don't show straight away but it'll show if you refresh.
