    Standing outside a shop socialising my dogs while my missus shops when a bag snatcher/pick pocket try’s run out the store with a lady's purse/bag. As I stepped into the doorway he declined the invitation to run past them and gave himself up. :)

    Going to a work charity ball event and being brave enough to go and speak to Phil Tufnell ( who I have no idea why he was there - it was an M&S food ball) about how talksport have the coverage of Sri Lanka and the West Indies, telling him I’m going to St Lucia and then having a pic taken with him.

    Last year the theme was masquerade actually and they gave us masks. It's actually a charity ball organised by the food group at M&S where staff and suppliers of M&S are invited to purchase tables to attend. Money raised by ticket sales/auction goes to Great Ormond st, Macmillan ad Grocery Aid.

    Returning home from training to find to find 2 x 15 kgs bags of dog grub outside my home with a thank you note. The grub is on its way to a Rescue centre as my dogs aren't fed on that stuff. But it's great to be appreciated and thanked. :)

    Making a last minute decision to go to Greenwich for the day. Had a cracking time, soaked up the sun in the park, mooched around the market then had a few drinks.
