That was relevant to me given the original post.
  • Queen. Innuendo was brilliant.

A lot of their other albums have some great singles but a lot of filler rubbish
  • Cast. Well, the difference in quality between first and second albums was giant.anyway.

I preferred their follow up - Rim
  • I didn't have anything in mind when I posted but does it get any more dramatic than UB40 ?!?
Excellent first album, Signing Off, followed by utter, utter, utter dross henceforth.
  • Guns n roses
  • Terence Trent Darby - Introducing the Hardline, brilliant album.

Then disappeared up his own arse.
  • OASIS.......................
  • Counting Crows - how could the makers of 'August and everything after' produce rubbish after rubbish afterwards ?

  • Finley Quaye, won a mobo with the multiplatinum Maverick a Strike then...
    And Tanita Tikaram's Ancient Heart.
  • Blood, Sweat and Tears
  • The Pistols' Never Mind the Bollocks and Tanita Tikaram's Ancient Heart would be top of my list. And I would add The Ting Tings' (ironically-titled) We Started Nothing
  • Damien Rice O
  • Kanye west - college dropout is the nuts
Example - what we made was a great British rap album, then he started to sing...
  • Oasis - Definitely Maybe
