Internet Help Required

Looking for some techno help. Yahoo seems to have taken over my home PC. I use Google Chrome as my browser. I have Google.com set as my Home Page and new tab but once it opens it goes to Yahoo. I cannot stand Yahoo. Can anyone help please?

    Mine uses Yahoo as safesearch (mcaffee), maybe your browser settings are set to that?

    Try clicking on the top right hand side chrome menu tab, then settings, then advanced settings, then select the reset settings tab, see if that gets it back to normal

    Sure you don't have a virus/malware ?

    I think I had a similar issue and it was down to this I think.

    Run malwarebytes.

    The new software update makes the browser settings voice activated. Have you tried speaking directly to the monitor (you sometimes have to shout quite loud at first until it configures itself to your vocal range)?
