While you're there, you could use the video you filmed of the protestors at Sparrows Lane

I believe the batteries died on that occasion, and the softwear wasn't up to it anyway.
  • After the emails I have sent from time to time over this season, I was pleased to see that the reply I got, (posted on this thread on 24th March) actually materialised today. The replays took a while to get started but were in time for our goals but missed Birmingham's.

As mentioned above the goalscorers and cards were missing and I wondered how a red card would be shown against the red background to the line ups.

    Overall though a great improvement.

I don't think the screen missed the Birmingham goal, been told the screen will now only be showing replays of Charlton goals only.

Ok, but it's not just making the decision to replace the screen (which may be the correct one) in isolation is it?

Changing slightly faded and so pink seats for new red ones, they look great now they're empty.

Removing the food van from outside the west stand.

    Changing to automatic turnstiles.

Haven't even started with the playing and coaching staff.

All these decisions display a breathtaking lack of comprehension of what it takes to be a successful football club. For gods sake palace even under pardew were ha ng a good premiership season in that ton shed down the road.

Anyone else think it was more than coincidental that the day CARD hand out an excellent unofficial programme which highlighted how long we have been requesting the names on screen hey presto...........

Or that highlights of what was happening on the pitch became unavailable.

Interesting that they'd choose today to start the relegation fire sale. Still, for £275 some non-league side might just pick up a bargain or two!

    Firesale (1 of 1)

Is that Titan Group's ad on the top left? Someone needs to tell them they've got that number layout wrong...

Probably a formatting thing, to keep the columns in line...

I think on this ocassion it is just coincidence. The club had made it known in an email to someone which then got published that the line ups would be back for today and they probably wouldn't have known about the unofficial programme until yesterday.

Great to have the screen back to what the Charlton fans/customer wants.

A damn shame it's taken the whole season & all these things are now too little/too late.
If they think we want the owner to stay, when we've been mistreated for so long. Well it can't be taken back, the damage cannot be repaired.

The only thing Duchatelet can do to please supporters is to leave. Nothing else.

"Sporting Challenge" - that'd be making the ground look a lil less empty methinks.....shame the publication deadlines must have prohibited the recent backtracks/progress (dependant upon your pov)

The first paragraph sounded like it was written by a certain, sadly absent, CEO....

Why on Earth are they writing about Charlton in a publication called Aston Villa Interactive?
