According to one of the rags this morning the massives have poached Paul Senior, head of Charltons recruitment with academy development, recruitment & strategic partnerships his remit. Have to say I've never heard of him.

Didn't we lose another scout recently to somewhere up North? Possibly their input into the network talent spotting is minimal.

Steve Avory introduced me to Paul at the Museum opening night.

Very nice guy but must admit I hadn't heard of him before, nor after that evening.
