slightly surprised Graham Stuart doesn't appear on that list, one of my favourite players from that era - then again I don't remember him banging them in0
-
Him and Kinsella were a formidable partnership in centre midfield, probably scored half a dozen each.0

Can we have10 or more corners in a season that landed in the danger area.3
-
If I've read it right, there's a 12 year gap in that list after KP in 72/73, although I've got a feeling we may have had one or two prolific forwards during that time.0

Thanks for posting this Shirty.0

How did Mick Bailey fare in this ranking ? Excellent in mid-field and could certainly strike a ball.
Having seen much of O'Linn in the 50's, would think of him as an out and out forward - again a player that could certainly strike the ball - was not always appreciated by the crowd , and seemed indifferent to the moans and groans. Nonetheless a key member of the South African contingent that lit up the Valley for several seasons , and like his compatriot Leary had a summer job with KCC.0 -
