Parkinson is apparently favourite to take over there... I'd stay where he is to be honest... He's almost got Bradford into the Playoffs twice in League One and I reckon he could do it after rebuilding his career.
At Sheffield United he's going back into a club where the fans have big club mentality so wont give him a chance if he slips up

What other club has Parky been at where they have a big club mentality and won't give him a chance if he slips up?
Parky was at Hull when Sheff U's MD was there, so there is a link. Not sure he excelled himself there, but I think he's come on in the last couple of years and could do a good job for the Blades.
Would seem an odd one. Our Karl has been talking himself up big time for several years and would be strange for him to step back down, just as he's won promotion.

"I can't believe that a great manager like Karl Robinson would even consider dropping down to Sheffield United"

He should have waited.
