Jack Warner is not stupid. He's done this deliberately, probably to generate the criticism in western media, and a response from the Caribbean.

No - Jack Warner IS stupid. The man can barely string a coherent sentence together - he is the absolute epitome of someone who has literally fallen into a position of power. He absolutely has NOT done this deliberately - the man is an absolute imbecile. Seriously - listen to him being interviewed (any interview) it would be comical if it weren't for the fact he has raked millions out of abusing his position of power.
