Can anyone recommend a decent one? Aiming to get a homebuyers report done for a flat I am buying. Usual criteria- speedy turnaround, friendly service, reasonable rates.
All the online sources seem to route via generic websites and lead back to non-local services. I'd rather be dealing with someone genuinely local and better still of course, with the badge of honour that is Charlton Life recommended.

He used to own his own surveying business in dartford so knows the area very well and is very good and thorough at what he does, doesn't cut corners like other surveys would and I believe the price charged is reasonable. Comes highly recommended!
