Good move me thinks can't understand all the wailing if I am honest, give it a go and see where it takes us. All clubs these days have a large backroom staff and I get the fact that Luton wants known faces, we all do it at work if we are able to chose who we employ.2

I cannot understand all the negativity.
This is the management duo that got Standard Liege to the Champions League.
They clearly know about producing successful football teams and that has to be good for Charlton.
