How to get your password for official site season ticket purchase?

I can't find a way to get a password reminder or reset on the official site. Am overseas until just before the season now, no mobile signal, but can get wifi. Want to renew last year's season tickets. Anybody know how this can be done (password reminder)? Thanks

    When I tried to buy, it wouldn't accept my password. But underneath, where you enter your password, there is a sentence, saying, "Forgotten your password?"

    I clicked on that and I received an immediate e mail, with a new password.

    If you've got a Facebook account log in using that - that seems to work.

    Still had troubles sorting online, but a massive thanks to Steve from the ticket office today who sorted it all out over email - chuffed and cannot wait for the new season

    So I just purchased a ticket for the Dagenham game online.

    Followed the advice above and used the facebook approach to login.

    However, when I checked out it implies I am a guest but can see no way of linking this to my CON number.

    Do I need to link it to my CON number or is this not relevant anymore. It really isn't very intuitive buying a ticket especially with the seat map only appearing after you have picked a zone etc.
