Valley express booking

Does anyone know what is going on with booking the valley express?

on the 7th july I telephoned in and booked my coach pass for the season. I was told I would recieve reciept next day but nothing arrived. Got my credit card statement last weekend and noticed no transactionn had been made . phoned on monday and was told my details were on the system and it would be proccessed tuesday. Its still not been done . Surely they can't be that overwhelmed

    wouldn't worry just yet as the season is still two weeks away. Neither I nor my parents have received our passes yet although we have been debited for them but maybe that was because we applied with our season ticket. Also, the guy who organised it last year left at the end of the season so the new person in charge is probably still finding their feet as well as dealing with sending out the passes already processed. I'd leave it till next Friday before panicking.
