5 year old boy with brain tumor.

There is a young boy in my home town of Cranbrook with a life threatening brain tumor, he has only just started primary school and is now facing a fight for life. His family have had to decamp to the Royal Marsden Hospital for six weeks and local people are trying to raise funds to support them whilst they can't work etc.

Anyway a friend of the family is organising a adult five a side tournament on August 16th, £5 entry per person and I wondered, as it is for a good cause, if anyone on here would be interested? If you are you will avoid meeting me as I am on holiday then, which should make you even more interested.

There is a charity page set up. I am sure they would appreciate anything, didn't want to simply beg on their behalf though.

Thanks for the info .. you're not begging at all .. you're asking for donations for a good cause .. please pass on my very best wishes to the boy and his family .. I am a cancer survivor and cancer can be beaten .. a major requirement is a VERY positive state of mind applied by all concerned

There is a facebook page called "Fund raising for Logan", it is all being organised by a friend of the family and she is doing her best, but so far it is all rather localised. Just thought I would try and give it a helping hand.
