Deluded QPR fans

Just had a quick browse of their fans forum and they all seem genuinely surprised that a 'big' team like theirs is losing to the likes of Charlton. What planet are these people from??

One of their fans was upset at losing to a team of 'nobodies'(his words) - did I miss all the superstars in their team?

If there was a prize for wasting money they'd win it.

Am I right in thinking that the attendance today (reported attendance admittedly) was higher than anything that tin pot football club could muster at home in the Premiershite? Deluded hooped twats.
  • It doesn't take fans very long to become deluded. They have a very rich owner and now believe they have a right to be up with the big boys. It doesn't work like that though.

Tony Fernandez is the epitomy of everything I hate about modern football. A revolting turd of a man. His arrogance in relation to QPR knows no bounds.

They are a tinpot shithouse of a club whose fans appear to be morphing into a bizzare parody of their owner.

Judging by the "reaction" to going 1-0 down, they are going to struggle this year as the overpaid ponces in hoops have zero stomach for a fight.

Why have they started the season on 0 points?

Not one of their fans have said. They were better than us, that's why we lost.

They'll struggle this season with Ramsey, I'm sorry to say.

Ramsey wont last... He'll be gone in a month or two... Queens Park Rangers could have a season like Norwich last term, equally they could end up being like Wigan (I predict the latter)

They might be better off, strange as it seems, without Austin and Fer.

    Austin didn't want to know.

They looked like a team and a Group of fans used to losing. Once they went behind they gave up on the pitch and in the stands.

Our away ends too big for you (when you're losing)
  • I think they've read too much into the bookies odds

Some of their players were a disgrace. Couldn't be arsed. They had Jamie Mackie plus 10 others. Charlie Austin needn't have bothered getting changed. If they expect to get through a Championship season with Hill and Onuha as their Centre Backs, they are in for a shock. Hill is stealing a living as a professional footballer. Chris Ramsey looks a decent man, some of his players are cheating him and taking the piss.

Was listening to them on the train talk about Man United as if they were part of the premier league. Reminded me of the scrawny kid in school that hangs around with the big kids from 2 years above and gushes about them to all his peers, when in reality the big kids don't even know he exists. It was adorable

Made me laugh them singing 'your grounds too big for you'. At least it ain't a shithole, falling down, joke of a ground where you can't see the pitch from a lot of it. Buch of absolute twats.

I would have a punt on them doing a Wigan. A slow and aging back four. A striker who can't wait to get a nice premiership move this month

Bar Mackie then the only one who had any fight in him was the fella getting dragged out in the first half by the green jacket straight line mob.

RIP Charlton. Slaughtered at such a young age
  • When some QPR fans saw their team line-up this afternoon:

I like the look of that!!! Come on you R'sssss!

Championships winning team imo - strongest top 4 in the league.

That team should slaughter Charlton in fairness

that team could smash sides on route to the title

Could be the new Massives of the South?

I know we have a few supporters "off talking to the pixies" but even when we were in our pomp, I can never remember comments like that from our support. I might be wrong of course but it is very reassuring that you now your place in the scheme of things, especially football wise that is...

Is it the money maybe? It must of turned the heads of a large amount of their support, for what is basically a small to medium sized club with rare periods of success, into complete meroons.

Glad we done them again. I noticed Grandad Clint Hill looked a bit shaky on his feet everytime Watt got the ball. LOL..

They thought they were coming down for an easy win...lol... that's what makes it even better for us....
  • Every team that comes down from the Prem has delusions. We did the same. The more money the owner has the more delusional fans will also be.

Was surprised at how poor they were tbf. I think they have some big names for the Champ but as Tut Tut says above they don't look interested and took the piss out of their manager and fans today.

They have some very good fans and bad ones like most clubs do. To be honest, even we did not know too much about our new players and the bookies certainly hadn't caught on so underestimating us is understandable. I think we have got a bloody good side and if it takes the division a fair few games to work that out - all the better.

They were mouthy tossers when we beat them 2-1 in 2000, at the station going on about how we wouldn't last a season in the Premier. Irony.

This. At one point in our Premiership history, we had fans claiming online that we were bigger than Spurs. I don't believe that this was through any sense of irony or humour, just that we had beaten them a few times and finished higher in the league.
