The policeman on the white horse is PC Scorey at the 1923 FA Cup final (West Ham vs Bolton) at Wembley; the first cup final held there. I worked in my very first job with his grandson, Ron (a West Ham fan).

That pretty much summed Henry and Ars*nal up. He goes and scored one of the greatest goals I've ever witnessed and then ran 100 yards back up the other end of slide in front of us and give it the big un.

My mum was there, with her dad. She was four at the time and never had any interest in football, but she was proud of the memory. They lived in Hampstead and went to see the new stadium. You would think it might be a scary experience for a little girl, but she was matter of fact about it.
