This is the first time I have started a thread on here, but I think it's something a bit out of the ordinary.
My mate from Yorkshire (a Boro fan) lost his Dad yesterday. His name was Bob Ledger and he played (and scored) for Huddersfield in the famous 7-6 game. Bob had therefore a quite significant link to our history and it's ironic for me that we are playing Hudds tonight.
I will pass any messages on to my mate and I'm sure it will be of some comfort to him knowing that fellow football fans care; and I know that fans of CAFC do.....
