Looking for a flat to rent

I'm currently looking for a 1 bed place to rent in South East London, mainly Charlton and thought that with such a wide array of different chaps on here there may be someone that may know of something not on the usual sites.

Also thinking it could prove useful for people to advertise/ ask for others on the thread aswell, you know. In that sort of community way.
