Not expecting to live past the age 4 with only being 2 in the world with back to front heart.

Passed away aged 20, after raising £7.5 million for Francis House Childens Hospital in fundraising.
Also completed school with 12 GCSE'S....

Truly an inspirational young lady.
Sleep tight - heaven has gained an angel today.
