This is a culmination of two years, total mismanagement and recruitment.
The Belgians need to go, and if relegation is the answer(which I think it is), then so be it.
This pains me coming from someone that has seen us at around 130 grounds and 6 countries, and I am buggered if they know more than us(the fans) on how we need to go forward.
Rick(in particular), Cartwright and Hayes(amongst others) know more on the back of a postage stamp than these people.
The Belgians do not have a clue.
