It’s not helping Norris’ slim hopes of catching Verstappen for the title, which I would like to see, but it’s been an incredibly entertaining race day.
Interlagos so often delivers. Between its geography/climate and overtaking friendly layout it’s makes for such a great track
They’ve avoided too much criticism I think partly because they’ve not been front runners for so long, but I think when the dust settles on this season the only conclusion will be McLaren have not capitalized on how good their car is. Too many driver and strategy errors along the way. It’s been Ferrari-esque at times. They’re still learning how to win.
Verstappen nailed on for this now. Hope the person that quoted the 12/1 odds earlier lumped on big time.
Ferrari doing Ferrari things by pitting Leclerc early, putting him straight into traffic on tyres that were then unsuitable for the 10 mins he was out there. Hold out or put him on wets and he's in a much better position

What a horrible few laps for Bearman, his engineer sounds to be doing a good job of coaching him
rest of the race is a free hit to get used to these conditions. He’s experienced a lot this race which should help next year
Yeah I agree... the experienced drivers like Sainz have struggled, the other rookie in Colapinto has had a crash - Its nothing against Bearman's skill level today... Just a big learning curve
What a day Norris as had. Nearly knocked out in Q1. Recovered to get pole. Overtaken into the first bend. Looked like he might recover to win. Stopped at a bad time and got unlucky with a red flag. Gets in front of Russell. Then fucks it on a restart and is now 7th.

Kind of sums up his season.
That's absolutely enormous financially.
