'The striker’s visit to a specialist went well and he could return in a couple of weeks, although the club are eager to prevent further injury by bringing him back too soon.'
Club propaganda? Or have some people been listening to David Icke a bit to much.
By now he has had every test known to medical science hasn't he? Usually it is possible to diagnose a footballers injury, and predict some kind of outcome, but up to now it doesn't seem to be the case with Igor's injury. He popped up at Peterborough, and popped down again. Unless somebody knows what is supposed to be up with Igor this is one of the more baffling injuries in our recent history.
A return of injured players fits in nicely with the appointment of KF.....increases the chance of getting 1 or 2 lucky results and then BINGO......he's made full time head coach......and RD/KM's plan finally comes together.
I think it is not too uncommon for a problem in one area to affect another and consequently not be correctly treated or take time to discover the real cause (leg/back etc…)
Still can't see why we can't bring harriot back as well you think new caretaker would how well harriot did under Riga. Surly we need wingers on each side of the pitch now Big Mac back. Or are we going to be a team full of left backs. Be glad when Igor back that's got to score goals Igor Big Mac and Tony watt up top.
Col U are paying some of his wages (Source KM) so they will have protection against us recalling him.
We loaned Coquelin but Arsenal were still paying all his wages so the deal allowed them to recall him when they wanted.
With Coquelin AFC wanted to get him fit.
With Harriot we were trying to save money and expected to sign Henry from Wolves so it saved us some of his wages in an area where we had an experience English league player coming in.
It will depend on the wording of the loan as well as Fry and Harriot's view of things. Callum may well feel he's better off where he is.
He can shake off as many muscle and ligament injuries as he wants, he's still a fat sod and no amount of specialist visits or conspiracy theories are going to change that. Bloke needs to get on a treadmill
It's piss poor although I don't agree with all the slating of the Belgiums because they have invested money in the team with some big money signings.when have we spent £2.5 million on a striker before we got in premier. I can't understand loaning players out and not being able to recall them to save pennies. I can't understand if we couldn't recall players why we did not get replacements in on loan to cover injuries. But for me the biggest mistake Belgiims have made was letting Morrison go for nothing.how we could do with him now. I've said it before Belgians and Dutch people are a bit crazy. They seem to be erratic and implode.
Our Belgians have not been erratic. They have been consistently dreadful throughout their time here.
Harriott back whipping in crosses, big Mak making a nuisance of himself in the box and Vetokele buzzing about looking for knock downs. Playoffs anyone????

Still injured then.

Unless the strain that the relationship was putting on him, caused Igor to comfort eat with tubs of Haagen Dazs in front of Sex and the City re runs.
