You're probably right, but I've convinced myself I'm the sane one and everyone else is mental. To be honest my last comment proves your point. COYR
I made about £300 betting £75 last Feburary on us to finish top half. I then used this money and added £200 to put £500 total on us to finish top half this season. How ridiculous does that look now! Never again on Charlton, I always had the rule of never betting on Charlton but I broke it with disastrous consequences.
And that's why there loads and loads of bookmakers. They get it right most of the time where as us supporters think we have an inside line and are more knowledgeable. When odds are giving returns of 10% plus, the bookies are really telling you something you should already know. That said they may of miss judged the premiership somewhat but I'm sure they will turn in a profit this year. Mugs the lot of us.
