I know somebody on this forum had some good knowledge on the subject, unfortunately I can't recall who it was. If they read this could them please pm me on the above subject. PS he's not a Belgian ;-).

    We had them in a previous house as the block of flats adjoining had communal bins that weren't looked after so they went it there then down the walls into the house walls, lofts etc.

    Call the council - it's a one off fee of about £40 then they keep coming back until the problem is sorted.
