We've got a local turkey farm which is pretty good. But that's in deepest Essex. christmas-turkey-essex.co.uk/turkeys.html Some say the Bronze Turkey is the best for taste. But there's also the Norfolk Black. An original breed brought over from the US and slower to mature, hence a more "gamey" taste. Some of the good Norfolk producers sell on-line. Whatever, look for something that's reared over six months, some are only four months.
