I've no idea why they sacked him in the first place, only to replace him with Nigel Adkins!

It does seem that even outside of our own nutbouse, the managerial merry go round keeps churning the names and clubs around and around!

Still a decent and sensible choice as a manager.

I'd love us to be in a position where we could appoint someone like Brian McDermott and give him the backing and the tools to do his job properly.

I wonder if he has any assurances that he won't be sacked should he once again get them to the Prem, which was basically his undoing last time.
